Ticket Terms & Conditions

  1. Each ticket is valid for one person only and may not be shared or transferred.
  2. Tickets are valid only for the date and/or period indicated on the ticket.
  3. Lost, damaged, duplicated, or suspected misused tickets may be refused.
  4. All tickets sold are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.
  5. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged for another date.
  6. Visitors are required to present their ticket/e-ticket at the registration or entrance counter.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to amend event schedules, programs, venue arrangements, or other event details when necessary.
  8. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or changes caused by circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, information regarding ticket validity or refund arrangements will be announced through MAX's official channels.
  9. By purchasing or using a ticket, visitors agree to comply with the applicable event rules and regulations.
  1. All visitors are required to present a valid ticket and identification.
  2. Security checks are required before entering the exhibition area.
  3. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  4. Proper and appropriate attire is required.
  5. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the exhibition area.
  6. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the exhibition area.
  7. Weapons, illegal drugs, drones, and other prohibited items are not permitted.
  8. Unauthorized commercial, promotional, canvassing, or distribution activities are not permitted.
  9. Visitors must not engage in behaviour that may disrupt the event or disturb other visitors.
  10. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove visitors who violate the event regulations.
